- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup ricotta cheese

- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste

1. Preheat the Oven
- Set oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish or use an oven-safe skillet.
2. Make the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine:
- Ricotta
- Spinach
- Mozzarella

- Italian seasoning
- Salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using)
Mix until creamy and well blended.
3. Prepare the Chicken
- Pat the chicken dry.
- Cut a pocket into the thickest side of each breast (do not slice all the way through).
