Garlic butter steak bites
Easy Garlic Butter Steak Bites Recipe
Garlic butter steak bites are so delicious and full of flavor! They’re also super easy to make. In this recipe, I’ll show you step-by-step how to make them at home. Let’s get started!

🥩 What You Need (Prep Time)
I’m using two ribeye steaks for this recipe. You can use any kind of steak you like, but I really love ribeye because it’s juicy and tender.
- First, cut the steaks into small bite-sized pieces.
- Drizzle a little oil on the steak pieces and rub it in.
- Season the steak really well. (The exact seasoning is shown on the screen and will be in the description too.)
🔥 Time to Cook
- Get your cast iron pan really hot.
- Add a little oil to the pan.
- Put the steak bites in the pan and let them sear (brown) nicely on each side.
- Once they are golden and cooked on the outside, remove them from the pan.
🧈 The Garlic Butter Magic
Now it’s time to make that yummy garlic butter sauce:
- In the same pan, add:
- 1 stick of salted butter
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- A few sprigs of fresh rosemary
Let it melt and mix. It will smell amazing!
- Put the cooked steak bites back into the pan and stir them in the butter sauce until they’re fully coated.
- Sprinkle some fresh parsley on top for extra flavor and color.
🍽️ Ready to Serve!
Now it’s time to serve! Use your best plate because this meal is something special. The butter coats each bite perfectly, making it taste rich, juicy, and absolutely delicious.
