  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (about 1 teaspoon)

🥗 Instructions

  1. Soften Red Onion Flavor:

  2. Make the Dressing:

  3. Assemble the Salad:
    In a large bowl, combine the cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, half of the feta, and chopped herbs.
  4. Drain & Add Onion:
    Drain the red onion and add it to the bowl.
  5. Dress & Toss:
    Pour the dressing over the salad. Gently stir to combine. Top with the remaining feta.
  6. Serve or Chill:
    Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 4 hours. Stir gently before serving.
