How to Cook a Perfect Steak in the Air Fryer

Cooking steak in the air fryer is quick and easy! In this video, we’re making two batches of steak using different cuts. Let’s go through the steps for the second batch.

First, we cooked the steak for 8 minutes on one side at 400°F (about 200°C). After that, we flipped the steaks over and cooked them for another 5 minutes.

Once the time was up, the steaks looked and smelled amazing! Before serving, we let them rest for a few minutes. This helps the juices stay inside the meat and keeps it tender.

To make the steak even tastier, we added some butter and chopped parsley on top. If you want to take it up a notch, you can melt some butter with minced garlic, a bit of thyme, and rosemary to make a simple and delicious steak gravy.

When we cut into the steak, it was cooked medium rare to medium, which is juicy and full of flavor—just the way we like it!

A Quick Tip: Every air fryer is a little different, and steak thickness can also change cooking times. So, feel free to adjust the time based on your own setup.
